We are a growing home staging company in central St. Louis seeking an individual who is a self-starter, loves organization, and thrives on order and efficiency. The warehouse manager will be a part-time, flexible position that is perfect for individuals who thrive in organization. The ideal candidate is confident in creating and managing systems to help our warehouse stay organized and keep track of our ever-changing inventory, ultimately allowing our whole team to work more efficiently. We are a team of hard-workers, who love what we do and love to have fun. Our team thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains a high sense of urgency to meet our clients' needs on schedule. 


Position is flexible, part-time (estimated 15-20 hrs) and starting at $18/hr.

Warehouse Manager responsibilities:

  • Unpacks project de-stages and restocks and organizes inventory in warehouse

  • Maintains inventory management system, StageForce, which includes: setting up new items, photographing items, tagging items, scanning items in/out, and retiring items

  • Assembles inventory and/or coordinates upkeep of inventory

  • Assists in receiving of new inventory, accepting shipments, unpacking and inventorying new items 

  • Handles high physical demands of the job, which includes: lift and load up to 50lbs totes, small furniture, rugs, unpacking pallets and breaking down cardboard boxes

  • Potentially oversees project de-stages (on-site, driving required and candidate must provide transportation)

Position requirements:

  • Highly organized individual:  We are seeking a candidate who loves to organize and can identify ways to improve our current inventory systems and maintain a highly functional and organized warehouse.

  • Proficient with time management: We do not have long-term visibility for our staging and de-staging schedule, so we are seeking a task-oriented self-starter who is comfortable with a fluid schedule and can set personal goals

  • Technical experience: We are seeking a candidate who is proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite applications.  Experience with inventory management software is ideal, but not required.

  • Creative Problem Solver: The ideal candidate will look for ways to creatively overcome day-to-day challenges, resulting in overall warehouse efficiency and improvements

  • Self starter: We are seeking a candidate who can gain an understanding of the home staging business in order to identify and execute new warehouse organization projects and who takes ownership of initiatives and is accountable to deadlines.
