the power of staging

We love to share important staging statistics to our agent partners to help them understand the value in using home staging for their listings. With current buyers relying heavily on technology, it’s more important than ever to present beautiful online photos to potential buyers.

According to the National Association of Realtors, 99% of millennials search for homes online. Additionally, 83% of buyers say that photos are the most important factor when deciding on homes to tour. Staging is a key factor in presenting that photo-ready property - and even more important when potential buyers are wowed as they step foot into the property.

Most people have a difficult time visualizing how to utilize an empty room, so staging really helps potential buyers understand how a room can function, as well as the quantity, size and layout of furniture.

Below are some recent projects that show the amazing transformations of vacant properties to staged beauties.

All three properties went under contract in 5 days or less. We consider that a huge success!

Clayton property - UNDER CONTRACT 3 DAYS

Listed by Ford Manion

Melville property - UNDER CONTRACT IN 2 DAYS

Designed by Lexi Cathcart, listed by Michael Swaringim

Ladue property - UNDER CONTRACT IN 5 DAYS

Listed by Angela Ritchie

Aren’t those before and after photos amazing?! We truly believe in staging and feel that every home can benefit from professional home staging, whether that be through an occupied pre-listing consultation or a full vacant stage. Let Olive + Opal transform your property and help you sell quickly for top dollar.
