    Do you want to leave the whole thing to the experts? Our vacant staging service is our most seamless option, in which we handle everything! This service includes an on-site preview, custom design plan for each room/space, installation of furnishings, up to 90-day rental of furnishings, and removal of furnishings.

    OCCUPIED STAGING

    Are you still occupying the property? Maybe you only need one room or supplemental items? We can help with that! This service starts with a pre-sale consultation (which we will credit back $100 when you book). We customize this service to meet your needs and budget, by providing supplementary furnishings to enhance and elevate, we can bring as little as art and accessories, to entire rooms worth of furnishings.

STEP 1 initial call / consultation

During the initial call or consultation, our team will engage with you to gather vital information about your property, including its size, layout, and any specific design preferences or goals you have in mind. step 2 preview + design plan

Within a week of your project, a member of our staging team will preview your property to take photos and gather insights to ensure the development of a tailored inventory plan that aligns with the aesthetic and functional requirements of your project. This preview will serve as the foundation to curate a design strategy that maximizes the potential of your space.

Step 3 staging installation

We recommend that you schedule staging installation immediately preceding your real estate photos. On staging day, our experienced team installs furniture, decor, and accessories based upon the design plan to highlight your property's best features, while maximizing space and flow. With efficiency and precision, we transform your space to captivate potential buyers in a matter of hours. Throughout the installation, we maintain open communication, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for you.

step 4 staging removal

Once your property is under contract, our team coordinates with you to schedule a convenient time for destaging based upon the anticipated financial commitment and close dates. With meticulous attention to detail, we efficiently pack and remove our staging items, leaving the property in the same pristine condition as when we arrived.
